StrandVision Digital Signage Introduces Health/Wellness Animated Campaign Library for Customer/Employee Communications

Menomonie, Wis. (PRWEB) November 18, 2014

StrandVision Digital Signage (http://www.strandvision.com) today introduced its second set of pre-produced animated corporate communication templates – this time on the topic of Health/Wellness. Ideal for StrandVision Digital Signage employee communications networks (http://www.strandvision.com/employee_communications_digital_signage_software.html), the set of 50 attractive digital signage content templates is a new page type which can be easily added to StrandVision customer digital media player page mixes. The new Communications Library is also appropriate for public service announcements over customer-directed digital signage networks.

*Health/Wellness Subjects*

================================================

The Health/Wellness StrandVision Communications Campaign Library includes 50 StrandVision Digital Signage animated content pages on exercise, hygiene, healthy eating, mental wellness, prevention and other topics. Each page consists of an attractive graphic and a short, animated text message on the topic. The pages are set to random animation sequences and are added into the customer’s normal digital signage page mix with a single click to http://www.svds.co/?installimage&e=1&image=LF4FX87DK5C5X43MFA8QCKT5Y2.

Administrators simply select the Health/Wellness category on their StrandVision Content Management System (CMS) portal. They can easily define frequency and change defaults settings, such as scroll speed, to meet the needs of their particular display environments. The StrandVision system randomly selects from among the 50 health/wellness subjects and automatically mixes the selections with one of several animation sequences and inserts a different subject/animation combination on each pass of the page loop.

The Health/Wellness Library can also be combined with the previously announced StrandVision Environmental Communications Library, as well as other Communications Library subject areas as they are introduced.

The variety of subjects, combined with the randomly assigned animations, creates a dynamic presentation that keeps people focused on the digital media player screens long after the campaign page plays.

“The Health/Wellness Library offers informative, interesting content that adds attractive, easy-to-implement pages to our customers’ digital signage networks while promoting an important theme that offers helpful advice that everyone can use,” said StrandVision founder and CEO Mike Strand. “We’ve already had a tremendous response to the first environment and sustainability theme and look forward to continuing to introduce the rest of our subject categories over the coming months. The eye-catching design and animation adds to our subscribers’ presentations and can become an integral part of their overall organizational health/wellness communications campaign with virtually no effort.”

BEASD Turns to StrandVision Digital Signage for School Communications

Bellefonte, PA (Vocus) August 18, 2010

StrandVision LLC today announced that Bald Eagle Area School District (BEASD) has selected StrandVision Digital Signage for student and community communications at its middle-high school that serves 12 northern Centre County, Pennsylvania communities.

The signage carries several school communication messages, including student notices and after-school activities/bus schedules, sports notices and results, awards and recognition, event promotions and recaps. It also serves as a bulletin board for the public in support of the many community meetings that take place at the school complex. The same digital signage network of large (60”) screens is used to display streaming video feeds from the gymnasium to the cafeteria to accommodate overflow audiences at community events.

The digital signage, which is updated daily by school staff, takes advantage of StrandVision’s Internet-based digital signage delivery system. StrandVision provides digital signage page templates, split screens, crawling text and the ability to post pictures, text and graphics at any time. It also offers automatically updated local weather and news. The BEASD displays are all located in the middle-high school building complex, but, using StrandVision’s Internet distribution, can easily be extended to each of the buildings in the District.

Commented Bill Corkill, BEASD instructional technology specialist and activities director, “We first looked at doing our own signage. But the StrandVision price point was so good that we decided to use the service that they offered. It’s made it easy for us to update the signage right from our computers and rely on StrandVision to automatically update the displays.”

“BEASD is making good use of the StrandVision system by extending it beyond the student marketing during the school day to meet its particular needs and reach the general community,” said Mike Strand, StrandVision founder and CEO. “They’ve taken advantage of the system’s flexibility to get the greatest return. BEASD had well-defined objectives that they translated into an effective system that supports its educational and community missions.”

StrandVision Helps Weastec Communicate To Associates

Hillsboro, OH (Vocus/PRWEB) February 02, 2011

StrandVision LLC today announced that Weastec, Inc – a division of Toyo Denso Co. Ltd. has deployed StrandVision Digital Signage through their intranet at its facility in Hillsboro, Ohio, as well as a satellite sales office in Dublin, Ohio. In addition to the operational, benefits and performance information that management posts several times per day, the StrandVision system automatically updates local weather and news, as well as an automotive industry news feed provided by StrandVision. The system also communicates emergency alerts if needed.

The installation consists of a 55” high definition LCD television display that is strategically mounted over the vending machines. This, in combination with the same content running on the company’s intranet, allows the entire organization to see up to the minute news of the world-class operation.

The system, administered by the Weastec I.T. department, replaces a time consuming process where topics were laboriously typed, copied, cut and placed into bulletin boards and acrylic table tent holders. Various associates have been given the authority to update the signage. For example, the HR associates work with the recreation, communication and safety committees to have them more directly involved with content updates. “In reviewing several company-wide employee surveys we noticed that communication always bubbled up to the top of what people wanted,” said David Fauber, Senior Manager Information Systems. “StrandVision digital signage helps us effectively communicate with our associates and it demonstrates Weastec’s commitment to the staff. It fit perfectly with our world class initiative that was both cost effective and the most efficient tool available”.
